Service Description. This Site describes Car Wash, Car Waxing, Car Upholstery Cleaning, Windshield Cleaning, Tire Cleaning provided by Turtly Mobile Detailing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Turtly Mobile Detailing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Turtly Mobile Detailing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Turtly Mobile Detailing makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Turtly Mobile Detailing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turtly Mobile Detailing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. PA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in PA.

Modifications. Turtly Mobile Detailing may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
